Job Overview:-
We are seeking a senior-level IT Business Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for driving enterprise technology initiatives through strong requirements gathering, process optimization, and demand intake management using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering scalable solutions across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Manage demand intake, prioritization, and tracking through ServiceNow Demand Management
Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
Partner with cross-functional teams across IT and business units
Track project status, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support documentation, analysis, and process improvement
Required Qualifications
3 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Demand Management
Experience using AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot or similar)
Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
Experience with Power BI and/or advanced Microsoft Excel
Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
