Job Title: Maximo Tool Specialist Procurement and Supply Chain Automation

Location: Customer location (Johns Creek, GA)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maximo tool specialist to design, develop and optimize automated workflows within the IBM Maximo platform, with a strong focus on RFQ, PR and PO processes/ auto-procurement enablement for spare parts. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Maximo workflow development with a strong understanding of supply chain and procurement operations, preferably in the MedTech and/or pharmaceutical industries.

This role will require full-time onsite presence at customer location (captive role). Expectation is to collaborate closely with the spare parts management team, procurement/buyer team and IT teams to streamline the procurement processes, improve parts availability, and enable efficient automated sourcing through Maximo.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze current procurement and supply chain processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in Maximo

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows in IBM Maximo for:
   1. RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes
   2. PR (Purchase Requisition) approvals
   3. PO (Purchase Order) creation and approvals

1. Configure and Optimize Maximo Inventory Control and procurement modules to support end-end auto-procurement of maintenance and spare parts
2. Build reorder point based workflows that triggers RFQs, vendor selection, approvals and PO generation
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams at customer site location to implement this automation
4. Develop documentation for workflows, configurations, procurement automation and SC best practices for customer
5. Provide overall technical leadership and project management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s in any Engineering/IT or related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in IBM Maximo, particularly in workflow configuration and automation Familiarity with MedTech/Pharma industry supply chain is preferred, but not mandatory
• Warehouse Experience is more advantage
• Proven experience developing auto-RFQ, auto-PR/PO processes
• Overall strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge of ERP integration with Maximo is a plus
