Responsibilities:

Manage records for network equipment, software assets, and licensing to maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle visibility.

Keep network diagrams, monitoring tools, and alerting structures current so device status, location, and incidents can be tracked at all times.

Perform recurring tasks such as vulnerability scans, access reviews, patch scheduling, backup validation, and disaster recovery testing to strengthen operational resilience.

Guide users and stakeholders on new systems, tools, and equipment by delivering practical training and support as needed.

Hands-on knowledge of routing and switching concepts, including work with platforms such as Fortinet, Cisco, or Meraki.
Experience troubleshooting network performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Working knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related cloud services.
Demonstrated ability to modernize, maintain, and secure corporate systems through structured technical administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to incidents and recurring technical challenges.
Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations and participate in an on-call support rotation.
Ability to meet employment requirements, including background screening, candidate screening requirements, physical evaluation, and legal authorization to work.
