We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Functional Expert and HR Technology leader to support a complex Workday Recruiting implementation integrated with Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore. This individual will bring deep expertise in HRIS and Talent Acquisition technologies, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and optimizing end-to-end recruiting ecosystems. They will operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, driving configuration, integration, and adoption across platforms. The ideal candidate is also a strong project manager, capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing vendors, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a seasoned Workday Recruiting Implementation Expert to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Workday Recruiting, integrated with Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore. This role requires a hybrid leader who can set strategy, manage complex programs, and execute hands-on system configuration and delivery. They know what great looks like and deliver excellence.
Responsibilities:
Workday Recruiting Implementation & Optimization
· Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Recruiting, Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore, additional point solutions, and all integrations
· Ensure seamless end-to-end recruiting workflows, from candidate engagement through hire
· Drive system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
· Serve as subject matter expert (SME) across Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, and AI-driven hiring tools
Project & Program Management
· Lead complex, enterprise-scale HR technology implementations from planning through delivery
· Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
· Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, vendors, and external partners
· Ensure successful change management, user adoption, and training
AI & Automation Enablement
· Support implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox) for automation, screening, and candidate matching
· Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including governance, compliance, and bias mitigation
· Drive adoption of automation and conversational AI to streamline recruiting processes
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives
· Manage relationships with vendors including Workday, Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore
Deliver executive reporting, analytics, and insights on implementation health and risks
Required:
· 8–10+ years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology, with a focus on Talent Acquisition systems
· Deep functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, including at least one full lifecycle implementation
· Hands-on experience with Paradox and AI-driven recruiting tools (e.g., HiredScore or similar)
· Experience integrating multiple TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI, interview intelligence tools like BrightHire)
· Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional implementations
· Strong project management skills with experience managing complex programs
· Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on system configuration and problem-solving
