Summary

We're hiring a Head of Product (Full-Time, in office in Toronto) for a venture-backed B2B software company that's helping organizations make better decisions using large, complex datasets. Having recently secured additional funding and entered a significant growth phase, the company is investing heavily in product leadership as they scale both their platform and team. This is an opportunity to step into a highly strategic role at a business that sits at the intersection of data, AI, workflow automation, and enterprise software.

This is not a traditional people-management product leadership role. The company is looking for a builder who can help define product strategy, shape roadmap direction, make difficult prioritization decisions, and work closely with customers and engineering to determine what gets built next. You'll be joining at a stage where many of the biggest product decisions are still ahead of the business. The team is solving complex information and workflow challenges, and they're looking for someone who can simplify ambiguity into intuitive product experiences that customers immediately understand and adopt. You'll partner directly with founders and senior leadership, influence the direction of the company, and play a meaningful role in how the platform evolves over the coming years. If you've operated in both early-stage and scaling environments, enjoy balancing product intuition with business judgment, and want meaningful ownership over both strategy and execution, this one's worth a look.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of product management and product leadership experience within B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience building and scaling data-heavy, workflow-driven, analytics, intelligence, or AI-enabled products
  • Strong product strategy experience, including roadmap ownership, prioritization, and defining long-term product vision
  • Experience operating within complex, highly regulated, or technically sophisticated domains
  • Strong customer discovery and product intuition, with a track record of translating customer problems into successful product outcomes
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and communicate comfortably around APIs, AI workflows, modern data platforms, and technical architecture
  • Experience working within startup or high-growth environments where ambiguity, speed, and ownership are expected
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives and customers
  • Proven experience scaling products through meaningful growth phases, not simply maintaining existing roadmaps

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience building products in data infrastructure, workflow automation, analytics, intelligence platforms, or AI-driven environments
  • Experience at high-growth technology companies during periods of meaningful scale and product evolution
  • Background simplifying highly complex datasets or workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience partnering closely with founders and executive leadership teams
  • Strong commercial instincts and business acumen alongside exceptional product judgment
  • Experience leading products with both workflow and intelligence components
  • Comfortable balancing customer empathy, product intuition, technical reasoning, and business outcomes
  • Highly opinionated yet collaborative, with the confidence to make difficult prioritization decisions
