Computer Refresh Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Computer Refresh Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide desktop and laptop refresh initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement coordination, device deployment, asset management, data migration, retirement activities, stakeholder communication, and operational transition. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, infrastructure, endpoint management, and cross-functional coordination experience within large-scale IT environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, Desktop Refresh, Device Lifecycle, or Workplace Technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale desktop/laptop refresh, migration, deployment, or endpoint modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of Windows endpoint management, device provisioning, imaging, software deployment, and asset management processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, vendor management, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot, or other endpoint management platforms.
• Knowledge of data migration tools, endpoint security controls, device compliance policies, and IT asset management processes.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide hardware refresh programs across geographically distributed environments.
