✔ 2+ years of experience in Epic At-The-Elbow (ATE) Support

Responsibilities:
• Provide At-The-Elbow support to end users during Epic implementations
• Assist clinicians and staff with system navigation and workflows
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
