Required Skills:
✔ Epic HIM / Release of Information Certification
✔ Epic Identity Certification
✔ Minimum 3+ years of Epic HIM experience
✔ Experience supporting keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) work, optimizations, and special projects

Responsibilities:
• Support Epic HIM and Identity modules
• Work on system optimizations and ongoing support
• Handle KTLO activities and special project work
