Location: MN-St. Paul, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services the company offers to clients. As a Full Stack Developer - QSR Intelligence RMT, you will join the Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities:

Lead front-end development using Angular (v19+), building scalable, component-based web applications

Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend engineers (.NET/C#)

Contribute to architectural discussions and help orchestrate Micro Frontend (MFE) structures

Step into technical leadership roles when needed, including representing the team in meetings

Collaborate across business units and work effectively within a distributed team

Qualifications:

Angular (v19 or newer) expertise, with hands-on experience building production-grade applications

Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and ability to extend into backend logic when needed

Experience with full stack development, ideally with a 70/30 front-end to back-end split

Familiarity with Figma and translating designs into responsive UI components

Experience working in .NET/C# backend environments

Proven ability to ask the right questions, lead discussions, and represent technical perspectives

Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and orchestration

Familiarity with React, especially for navigation or hybrid applications

Understanding of Azure Cloud Architecture, including services like Data Factory and ETL pipelines

Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions

Strong problem framing

Rapid learning and unlearning

Comfortable challenging assumptions

Agility mindset and soft skills as differentiators more than pure technical depth

Collaborator/Team player

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing, or managing the development of, Azure Cloud Functions

Experience with SQL databases (Couch Db)

Experience with Microsoft ADO (Azure DevOps) for Agile development

Experience in Azure Cloud Features such as Resource Groups, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data storage, and Azure security

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $180,000 or the hourly equivalent.
