Senior Full Stack Developer

Are you a technical leader who enjoys the balance of high-level architecture and hands-on coding? We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to drive the development of scalable enterprise systems. In this role, you ll serve as a technical anchor, blending independent development with the mentorship of distributed engineering teams.

The Role

This is a 100% remote, direct-hire position. We offer a collaborative culture where you can influence engineering standards across the full SDLC.

• The Split: Roughly 60% development and 40% on technical guidance, assisting with design and architecture, coordination with offshore teams, mentoring, requirements collaboration, etc.

• The Schedule: Must be able to start your workday between 8:00 am 10:00 am EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Assist with architecture, development, and maintain robust applications using the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET) and front-end tools.

• Team Leadership: Act as a bridge for onshore and offshore teams, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and alignment during standups.

• Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to ensure secure, automated cloud deployments.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside stakeholders to transform complex business needs into high-performing technical roadmaps.

• System Integrity: Optimize SQL databases, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and ensure application security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET ecosystems.

• Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong back-end skills with knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Cloud & Data: Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services/VMs) and MS SQL Server (optimization and design).

• Analytics: Experience with Power BI for data visualization.

• Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring developers and coordinating with distributed/offshore teams.

• Tooling: Familiarity with automation, source control, and modern project management platforms.
