18. Skilled in developing application user test plans
19. Skilled in developing training materials and training presentations
20. Skilled in responding to user and customer questions via phone and email correspondence
21. Ability to provide user support for the TRANSPORT project cost applications
22. Ability to categorize and write definitions about project cost data elements
23. Ability to perform updates to data fields within applications to apply global changes to users' views and options
24. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
25. Ability to work in multiple locations and travel maybe required.
