Genesis10 is currently seeking a Messaging and Collaboration Administrator for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure, with a focus on client support in a large-scale, multi-site, multi-domain environment. The position will manage applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype), and handle the integration of email with mobile devices and other unified communication technologies.
Responsibilities: - Administer Messaging and Collaboration user accounts, including creation, name changes, moves, group list maintenance, and removal of terminated user IDs
- Assume a leadership role in resolving complex technical issues (SME)
- Consult with application developers on issues related to the impact of applications
- Coordinate with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications
- Provide technical expertise to internal IT groups and provide feedback for service level and environment optimization
- Protect the security of the messaging environment through administration of access controls and security measures
- Provide training to users, junior technicians, and other IT personnel
Requirements: - Experience with Microsoft Azure and PowerShell
- Proficiency with Outlook MS-365, SharePoint administration, WebEx, Skype, Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, and MS Teams
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on providing quality customer service
- Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple tasks

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
