Genesis10 is currently seeking a Messaging and Collaboration Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure, with a focus on client support in a large scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. The engineer will manage applications including Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams, and handle the integration of email with mobile devices and other unified communication technologies.
Responsibilities: - Administer Messaging and Collaboration user accounts, including creation, changes, moves, group lists, and terminations
- Assume a leadership role in resolving complex technical issues
- Consult with application developers on application impact and coordinate with project managers to deploy enterprise solutions
- Provide technical expertise to internal IT groups and recommend optimizations
- Protect the security of the messaging environment through access control administration
- Provide training to users, junior technicians, and other IT personnel
Requirements: - Experience with Microsoft Azure and PowerShell
- Proficiency with Outlook MS-365, SharePoint administration, WebEx, Skype, Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, and MS Teams
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Familiarity with PowerShell usage
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on quality customer service
- Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple tasks

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
