This is a rare opportunity to own a greenfield Salesforce implementation from day one, define best practices, and create a modern CRM ecosystem that directly supports growth and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and integrating enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Lead a Greenfield Salesforce Implementation

Drive Data Governance & Security

  • Ensure data accuracy between CRM and ERP platforms.

  • Design solutions with a security-first mindset, leveraging Salesforce security and compliance capabilities.

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.

  • Support platform administration, user management, permissions, and ongoing optimization.
