About the Role

Google is seeking an experienced Marketing Producer III to lead and execute high-impact social media and video production initiatives. This role requires a strong production leader who can manage end-to-end creative execution across live shoots, live-action content, and integrated marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in production management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and content execution while thriving in ambiguous and high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end production workflows for social media and marketing content projects.
• Oversee video production initiatives including pre-production, live shoots, production logistics, and post-production coordination.
• Drive project timelines, execution plans, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Production, and external Agencies.
• Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors, creative partners, and production houses.
• Ensure production quality, operational excellence, and alignment with creative and technical vision.
• Develop scalable production processes, templates, and operational strategies.
• Identify creative production solutions to solve execution challenges while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain alignment across internal and external teams.
• Operate effectively in fast-moving environments while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Production, Marketing Production, Content Production, or Video Production.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end production in high-volume or enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on experience with video production workflows, live-action shoots, and content execution.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, agencies, and creative production partners.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and production operations experience.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure, and ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with Figma and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale technology companies or similar environments (e.g., Pinterest, Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.).
• Background in creative agencies, production studios, or content production houses.
• Strong understanding of social media content production and platform-specific execution.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive production strategy.
