Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end Oracle implementation projects (Cloud/Fusion or EBS), including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
Manage application support (L2/L3) and transition activities: define support model, runbooks, handover, and knowledge transfer; ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
Lead stakeholder engagement across business, IT, vendors, and third-party integrators; run governance forums (Steering Committee, Steering Group, Change Control).
Manage change control, scope management, and CR process; ensure change impacts, timelines, and costs are tracked and approved.
Coordinate functional and technical workstreams (Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects, Integrations) and ensure alignment to design and testing (unit, integration, UAT, regression).
Drive cutover & go‑live planning, runbooks, and post-go‑live hypercare; ensure production issues are triaged, resolved, and root causes identified.
Track project financials, forecast effort, manage vendor/contractor performance, and report on profitability and utilization.
Implement best-practice delivery methodologies (AIM/OUM/Oracle Cloud’s recommended approach, Agile/Scrum/Hybrid) and continuous improvement for support operations.
Ensure documentation, configuration baselines, and compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
8–15 years of IT project delivery experience with at least 4+ years managing Oracle implementations and support programs.
Strong knowledge of Oracle applications (Oracle Cloud / Fusion / EBS) — functional understanding across Finance, SCM, HCM, and/or Projects modules.
Proven experience managing both implementation and post-production support/annuity models.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and familiarity with Agile/SAFe methods.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong experience with project tools (MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Smartsheets) and basic SQL/troubleshooting aptitude.
Experience managing offshore/onshore teams and third-party vendors.
Ability to travel for client workshops or on-site support as required.
Direct experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, or middleware integration patterns.
Experience with release & change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy).
Experience in industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, professional services, or financial services.
MBA or advanced technical certification in Oracle Cloud.
Project delivery on-schedule (percent on-time milestones).
Project budget adherence (variance vs. baseline budget).
Post-go-live defect rate and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) during hypercare.
