Human Resource Specialist - Little Rock, AR - Contract - $18-28 Per HR

Key Responsibilities

• Execute core HR processes including orientation, onboarding, and exit interviews.
• Provide coaching and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment and staffing plans with hiring managers.
• Maintain payroll-related activities and systems.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR management preferred.
• Certification in Professional Human Resources preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
