100% onsite in Knoxville
7 years of job experience minimum
ESD Safety Shoes required - not provided or reimbursed by 3M
Drug Test required
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Typically handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity. Work tasks are likely to encompass concepts within multiple disciplines/ practices which may include more than one department. Works with clients to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements. Initiates actions to lead projects, beginning to link project steps to business strategies. Projects are usually short-term with specific results expected, and occasionally broadly defined results. Ensures project objectives and deadlines are met.

Network troubleshooting
Microsoft workstation and server OS troubleshooting
Azure / Intune management of site devices
Active Directory
Office 365
Network printing and printer configuration (Particularly HP and Zebra products)
Server, Workstation, Laptop, and Thin Client hardware management and troubleshooting (currently HP Based)
Ticket based request / incident / change management system
Cross functional groups interaction
Lead projects as well as initiatives to ensure improvement of infrastructure components or processes.
Good Communication, coordination, and short-term planning skills.
