Virtual Team Leader

Our client is seeking a delivery leader who can bring technical teams and business stakeholders together to deliver dependable security services in a complex enterprise environment. Youll own the delivery relationship, guide a team of security professionals, and turn business priorities into clear execution plans. Youll work closely with technology and business leaders to establish expectations, address delivery challenges, and improve service performance. Your impact will come through stronger execution, effective communication, and a team that understands what success looks like. Lead day-to-day service delivery, keeping commitments, resources, and priorities aligned. Serve as the primary contact for delivery matters, building productive relationships with client stakeholders. Manage delivery risks and escalations, bringing the right people together to resolve issues. Provide clear reporting on service performance, outstanding concerns, and upcoming decisions. Identify practical improvements to delivery processes, governance, and team effectiveness. Five or more years of experience managing technical service delivery or complex technology programs. Experience working with cybersecurity services or security operations in an enterprise environment. A record of leading specialist teams while managing expectations across multiple stakeholder groups. Technical fluency sufficient to discuss delivery challenges with practitioners and explain their business implications to senior leaders. Consulting or managed services experience would be valuable. This position offers meaningful ownership of both team performance and the client experience. Youll work directly with senior stakeholders, influence how services are delivered, and see the results of your decisions in day-to-day operations.
