Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
Solution/build PowerBI reports for use by the Sales Operations team and their stakeholders
Bonus - ability to develop AI-powered agent solutions to query data and answer business/operation
Required skills:
Data/reporting experience:
Ability to look at raw Data/reporting experience sources and determine if it will answer the questions being asked
Ability to connect vast data sets into usable, trusted format
Ability to solution and build PowerBI reports for use by the Sales Operations team and their stakeholders
If request needs IT assistance, resource will need to look at existing data, create a POC, create CBA for IT to help it get prioritized and then hand off to IT to dev
Ex. Mock up in excel, power BI and when they get stuck, have the ability to work with IT to get it across the finish line
Experience with core UHG platforms: CSP Facets, GPS, Commissions (ICM), Marketing, Compliance
Team maintains a clean data warehouse; SQL server but going to Cloud in 2026 (Cloud/Data Bricks)
Will need to use these sources to query and find what else needs to be added to answer business questions
PM, BA Skills
Enough experience to confidently manage projects/requests up to senior leadership (PM, Prioritize the work, helping to set realistic expectations given limited capacity and long backlog)
Will support IFP but need to work with teams that support M&R so will need the ability to work, influence across LOBs
Ability to be self sufficient
