Job Title: Senior IT Change Manager
Job Location: Addison, TX
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $47.00hr - $52.00hr
Job Overview:
Lead change management and communications for the next phase of an enterprise-wide IT change.
Role Scope / Deliverables:
- Draft and send communications to colleagues impacted by the change.
- Work with Corporate Communications to coordinate reviews and approvals.
- Work closely with the project team in charge of implementing the change to understand the stakeholder groups and impacts.
- Create socialization campaigns to support the change as needed.
Key Skills:
- Experience working with client business groups, IT, and cybersecurity.
- Experienced change manager with knowledge and understanding of IT and cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate technical changes into simple concepts that non-technical colleagues can understand.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
