Roles(s): Change manager Role Locations(s): United States east coast Project Overview: Lead change management and communications for the next phase of an enterprise-wide IT change. Role Scope / Deliverables: Draft and send communications to colleagues impacted by the change. Work with Corporate Communications to coordinate reviews and approvals. Work closely with the project team in charge of implementing the change to understand the stakeholder groups and impacts. Create socialization campaigns to support the change as needed. Key Skills: Experience working with client business groups, IT and cybersecurity. Experienced change manager with knowledge and understanding of IT and cybersecurity. Can translate technical changes into simple concepts that non-technical colleagues can understand. Fluent in English.
