Primary Purpose The Enterprise Applications Data Analyst supports data management and reporting in the district's enterprise applications, primarily SkywardQ and Frontline ERP. Responsibilities include extracting data from the Student, Finance, and Human Resources systems, writing backend automation scripts, SQL procedures, and designing reports using JasperSoft, PowerBI, and Skyward Report Manager. This role acts as a primary bridge between unstructured raw backend data and the program users.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience related to implementation, support and management of district-wide business systems.
- Demonstrated competence in administrative software and database systems support, management, setup, maintenance, and interfacing for ERP and student information systems.
Experience: - Minimum 3 years' experience working directly with district-level enterprise applications management and support in ERP and student information systems (Frontline ERP and SkywardQ experience a plus).
- Minimum 3 years' experience with maintenance of complex, enterprise-scale client/server systems.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with report development

Major Responsibilities and Duties:- Develop, maintain, and support SQL scripts, SSIS packages, API integrations, automated import/export processes, and reporting solutions for systems including Frontline, Skyward, Power BI, JasperReports, and other district applications.
- Manage and support third-party system integrations, including timekeeping systems, benefits administration platforms, banking interfaces, identity management systems, budgeting applications, state reporting systems, and other enterprise solutions.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across databases, applications, and integrated systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain data sources, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools such as ABRE Data Warehouse, Power BI, JasperReports, and other reporting platforms.
- Identify, recommend, and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance data accuracy.
- Configure and maintain system workflows, business rules, security roles, approval processes, and application settings to support district operations.
- Collaborate with district departments and campus personnel to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop effective technology solutions that support operational and instructional objectives.
- Coordinate with district staff, software vendors, and third-party providers regarding support requests, system enhancements, product issues, and performance concerns.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and written procedures related to programming, system administration, integrations, and operational workflows.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and expand knowledge of enterprise applications, database technologies, reporting platforms, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users through help desk tickets, email, telephone, and other support channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
