Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager (Agile/Scrum) III to lead the delivery of
highly complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects. This role requires strong Agile leadership, deep program management expertise, and the ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs comprised of multiple projects
- Lead programs in an Agile environment, applying Scrum values, principles, and best practices
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams on Agile processes, roles, and tools
- Provide regular status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources, milestones, and risks
- Develop and maintain program strategies, supporting business cases, and enterprise-level project plans
- Ensure effective integration across projects, adjusting scope, timelines, and budgets as business needs evolve
- Enact and reinforce Scrum values and practices, ensuring correct and consistent use of Scrum frameworks
- Communicate program strategy, progress, and changes to IT leadership, business stakeholders, and consulting partners
- Ensure all projects within the assigned portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic and business requirements
- Track critical project milestones and recommend adjustments or corrective actions to Project Managers as needed
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage technology in support of enterprise goals
- Manage new technical service and engineering programs to meet broad service and product objectives
- Establish milestones, monitor adherence to plans, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies
- Coordinate work across multiple engineering and development teams
- Act as a liaison between engineering and deployment teams to ensure requirements and design considerations support deployability and long-term sustainability
Requirements Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7-10 years of project or program management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
- Extensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex IT programs
- Proven ability to provide leadership through influence rather than authority
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Experienced Scrum Master with a deep understanding of servant leadership and Agile leadership principles
Preferred Skills and Experience- Experience overseeing enterprise IT portfolios
- Strong background coordinating work across engineering, architecture, and deployment teams
- Ability to anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions
- Experience managing technical service or platform-oriented programs
