Description OverviewSeeking a Technical Program Manager III to support wireless (cellular) and WiFi initiatives tied to customer experience, lab testing insights, and retail user feedback.
This is a program-level coordination role, focused on ownership and execution across multiple in-flight sub-projects rather than launching net-new initiatives. The environment requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with strong communication and follow-through.
This is an onsite-heavy role in Philadelphia and is considered a replacement due to prior performance gaps, making ownership and reliability critical.
Key Responsibilities- Program manage multiple small to mid-sized sub-projects under broader wireless/WiFi initiatives
- Track progress across active workstreams; identify risks, gaps, and dependencies
- Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets and Epics
- Ensure work is clearly documented and visible
- Coordinate across technical, business, lab, and customer experience stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation and updates (Confluence as needed)
- Produce status updates and occasional presentations for leadership
- Ensure execution aligns with customer experience goals, informed by lab testing and retail user feedback
- Drive accountability to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements Required Qualifications- 5-7+ years of experience in technical program or project management
- Hands-on wireless (cellular) experience is mandatory
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong Jira experience required, including:
- Ticket creation
- Epic creation and tracking
- Workflow visibility and progress tracking
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting WiFi initiatives
- Familiarity with Confluence (documentation, not heavy authoring)
- Experience tied to customer experience, lab testing, or feedback-driven programs
- Telecom or large enterprise environment exposure
