Position Overview
The Enterprise Architect serves as the primary technical and consulting leader for large-scale Adobe digital experience and digital marketing programs. This person translates complex business objectives into an integrated architecture and delivery plan, leads distributed delivery teams, and communicates effectively with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
This is a customer-facing consulting role. Product knowledge without enterprise architecture, delivery leadership, and executive communication is not sufficient.
The initial engagement runs through the end of 2026. Strong performance may lead to extensions, conversion opportunities, and substantial follow-on work as the Adobe partnership expands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery, architecture, roadmap, and solution-design activities for enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud programs.
Translate customer business objectives and complex requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
Create architectural plans, integration patterns, delivery estimates, staffing models, timelines, and implementation approaches.
Architect or guide implementations spanning at least three Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories.
Lead cross-functional, multi-region teams across architecture, engineering, data, marketing technology, delivery, and client stakeholders.
Identify delivery, integration, data, security, scope, schedule, and budget risks; establish effective remediation plans.
Explain architecture decisions, dependencies, tradeoffs, and business value to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Support quality assurance, governance, documentation, adoption, and operational readiness.
Apply generative or agentic AI appropriately to modernize customer workflows and delivery practices.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital marketing, business, or equivalent professional experience.

Working knowledge of the complete digital marketing journey, including content, data, activation, personalization, commerce, and measurement.
Experience with mobile application architecture and delivery.
Hands-on experience building or applying generative AI or agentic AI solutions.

The Enterprise Architect is the broad, senior technical and consulting leader. This person should be capable of owning a large Adobe Experience Cloud architecture, converting business objectives into an actionable roadmap and delivery plan, leading distributed teams, and communicating with technical, marketing and executive stakeholders.
Required profile:
• Successful experience as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant or senior Solution Architect
• At least four years of architecture or implementation experience
• Architecture or hands-on delivery experience across at least three Adobe solution categories
• Experience defining architecture plans, integrations, scope, estimates, staffing models and implementation roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, data, security and system integration
• Experience leading complex, distributed delivery teams
• Strong executive communication and consulting presence
• Ability to identify and remediate scope, schedule, budget, integration and delivery risks
