Position Overview

The Enterprise Architect serves as the primary technical and consulting leader for large-scale Adobe digital experience and digital marketing programs. This person translates complex business objectives into an integrated architecture and delivery plan, leads distributed delivery teams, and communicates effectively with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders.

This is a customer-facing consulting role. Product knowledge without enterprise architecture, delivery leadership, and executive communication is not sufficient.

The initial engagement runs through the end of 2026. Strong performance may lead to extensions, conversion opportunities, and substantial follow-on work as the Adobe partnership expands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery, architecture, roadmap, and solution-design activities for enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud programs.

Translate customer business objectives and complex requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Create architectural plans, integration patterns, delivery estimates, staffing models, timelines, and implementation approaches.

Architect or guide implementations spanning at least three Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories.

Lead cross-functional, multi-region teams across architecture, engineering, data, marketing technology, delivery, and client stakeholders.

Identify delivery, integration, data, security, scope, schedule, and budget risks; establish effective remediation plans.

Explain architecture decisions, dependencies, tradeoffs, and business value to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

Support quality assurance, governance, documentation, adoption, and operational readiness.

Apply generative or agentic AI appropriately to modernize customer workflows and delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated success as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior Solution Architect in enterprise digital marketing or customer experience.

At least four years of hands-on architecture or implementation experience across three or more Adobe categories: Analytics/CJA; AJO/Campaign/Marketo; RTCDP/Audience Manager; AEM/App Builder; Commerce; Target; AEP; Workfront; GenStudio/Express/Firefly Services.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms and storage, structured and unstructured data, security, and data ingress/egress.

Experience defining scope, estimates, resource requirements, and implementation timelines.

Experience leading complex, distributed delivery teams and independently owning senior client conversations.

Clear written and verbal English communication with the ability to adapt to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital marketing, business, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

One or more current Adobe Certified Expert or Professional certifications; clearly list certification names on the resume.

Working knowledge of the complete digital marketing journey, including content, data, activation, personalization, commerce, and measurement.

Experience with mobile application architecture and delivery.

Hands-on experience building or applying generative AI or agentic AI solutions.

What Success Looks Like

The customer receives an integrated, actionable architecture tied to measurable business objectives.

Delivery teams understand priorities, dependencies, standards, and decision rights.

Risks are identified early and resolved without losing executive trust.

The solution moves from architecture into high-quality delivery and adoption.

The Enterprise Architect is the broad, senior technical and consulting leader. This person should be capable of owning a large Adobe Experience Cloud architecture, converting business objectives into an actionable roadmap and delivery plan, leading distributed teams, and communicating with technical, marketing and executive stakeholders.

Required profile:

• Successful experience as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant or senior Solution Architect

• At least four years of architecture or implementation experience

• Architecture or hands-on delivery experience across at least three Adobe solution categories

• Experience defining architecture plans, integrations, scope, estimates, staffing models and implementation roadmaps
