Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce IT Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5 years of IT project management experience.

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.

  • Knowledge of SDLC, data migration, and system integrations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
