Our client,
a leading entertainment and streaming media company, is looking to hire a
Post-Production Media and Data Manager (Level 3) in
Culver City, CA.
Pay Rate Range: $40 to $48.9/hr on w2, depending on experience
Responsibilities: - Identify available audio/video source materials, facilitate distribution, and track deliveries to creative and finishing vendors for offline editorial and final production of trailers, TV spots, and other marketing assets.
- Source and manage information related to titles, versions, deliverables, and schedules.
- Create and log Media Orders outlining deliverables for finishing vendors and post-production supervisors while communicating expectations to internal operations teams.
- Ensure metadata is accurate and up to date; revise Media Orders as needed.
- Partner with Marketing Operations teams to make preview links and key assets available to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Source finished marketing assets for internal teams as requested.
- Pull finished assets from Box or similar platforms and share with creative vendors for archival purposes.
- Log requests in tracking databases, record deliveries, and ensure all asset deliveries are complete and accurate.
- Follow up on pending requests, standing orders, and metadata updates.
- Communicate delivery issues including missing, incorrect, or corrupt files to appropriate teams.
- Ensure vendors are properly cleared through Content Security processes for access to pre-release assets.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and profile updates with digital content suppliers.
- Support internal media library requests related to marketing assets and creative editorial workflows.
- Collaborate with Post Producers and Operations teams to ensure Campaign Asset Trackers are complete and accurate for timely work order creation.
- Submit title requests and assist in identifying differences between asset variants when necessary.
- Generate work orders with accurate asset IDs, file names, and deliverables using internal work order tools.
- Provide general support to the Post Team including:
- Preparing for migration of data tracking systems to Airtable
- Managing Box folders
- Taking meeting notes
- Compiling departmental metrics
- Assisting with special projects
Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience working with digital media in a post-production environment, preferably within entertainment marketing, a studio, post-production vendor, or creative agency.
- General understanding of film and television production and post-production processes, including asset flow and lifecycle management.
- 3+ years of experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), or Production Asset Management (PAM) systems.
- Experience creating work orders, fulfilling asset requests, delivering files, and tracking media requests.
- Strong understanding of digital video and audio file formats and deliverables.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and asset tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xytech order management systems.
- Experience with Airtable.
- Experience supporting entertainment marketing campaigns, trailers, TV spots, or promotional media workflows.
