**Position Overview:**
Join the Digital Solutions team to drive enterprise-level web operations, digital transformation, and customer outreach by leading the evolution of the organization''s website and digital content capabilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical lead, architecting and implementing new features on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), focusing on version 6.5 LTS and leveraging both back-end and front-end skills. The role will play a critical part in cloud migration projects (AMS to AEM 6.5 LTS) and ensure best-in-class digital user experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Guide a multidisciplinary development team, fostering agile best practices and technical excellence.
- Serve as the primary architect for AEM 6.5 LTS enhancements, ensuring scalable and maintainable code using Java and OSGi frameworks.
- Design and manage migration processes from on-premise or legacy systems to AEM 6.5 LTS on Adobe Managed Services (AMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance digital outreach and content management.
- Participate in coding, code reviews, solution design, and regular status meetings with internal and client teams.
- Oversee integration of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure web operations align with web governance, analytics, and digital accessibility standards.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Demonstrable experience leading backend development initiatives in AEM 6.5 environments, with a strong foundation in Java, OSGi, and associated enterprise technologies.
- Track record of successful technical design, implementation, and support for large-scale AEM projects.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) migration projects.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web performance optimization.
- Experience in regulated or security-focused environments is a strong plus.
**Additional Information:**
- The candidate must obtain and maintain a client-specific background clearance (process may require 2-3 months before start date).
- Prior experience within major enterprises or highly regulated industries is advantageous.
