Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in the Utilities industry to support an Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and optimization initiative.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM functional configuration, business process design, and end-to-end implementation, along with a solid understanding of supply chain operations within utility organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.

  • Support supply chain processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and related SCM functions.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and business process improvements.

  • Support integrations, data migration, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and business users to resolve functional issues.

  • Provide functional guidance and best practices aligned with utility industry operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.

  • Utilities industry experience is mandatory (electric, gas, water, or related utility operations).

  • Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and related SCM modules.

  • Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycles, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Ability to independently lead client workshops and functional discussions.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM transformation programs.

  • Understanding of utility-specific procurement, materials management, warehouse operations, and asset-related supply chain processes.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM integrations and reporting.
