Must-Have Experience: Proven Success working on premium scripted dramas at the highest level of support

Key Skills: "Player-coach" mentality. Expected to be deeply involved in granular campaign launch aspects (creating decks, strategy, execution). Not just managing; a "rock star" individual contributor who both leads and rolls up their sleeves whenever necessary to keep the team moving efficiently and on the right path.

Leveling: Must have prior Director, VP, Senior Director, or equivalent lead experience. Avoid Senior Managers for this role
