Description- Conduct privacy risk assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) to evaluate how personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared
- Advise internal stakeholders on privacy risk mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory and internal requirements
- Support and enhance the organization's Privacy and Compliance Programs, including privacy-by-design initiatives
- Partner closely with IT, Legal, Infosec, Procurement, Data, and business teams to ensure data handling practices meet privacy standards
- Document assessment outcomes, risks, and remediation actions, ensuring consistency and audit readiness
Skills & Qualifications- 5-7+ years of experience conducting privacy risk assessments, including PIAs and/or DPIAs
- Strong understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, internal privacy standards)
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical, business-friendly guidance
- Proven analytical skills with high attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Legal, Infosec, Data, Procurement, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with privacy-related terminology and compliance concepts (e.g., data minimization, lawful basis, vendor risk)
- Experience supporting third-party or vendor privacy assessments
- Exposure to data governance, information security, or enterprise risk management programs
- Ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort influencing stakeholders and acting as a change agent for privacy initiatives

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
