We are looking for an experienced Genesys Tech Lead with strong expertise in IVR Design, Call Flow Development, and Genesys PureCloud/CTI technologies for an exciting opportunity.
๐น Required Skills:
โ Strong experience in Genesys PureCloud & CTI Genesys
โ IVR Design & Call Flow Development expertise
โ Experience building secure IVR flows & bots
โ Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
โ Knowledge of JSON/XML payloads
โ Core Genesys Platform expertise
โ Strong troubleshooting and integration experience
โ Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design

Design and develop IVR call flows and bot integrations

Lead Genesys platform implementation and enhancements
โ
Integrate APIs and backend services with IVR solutions
โ
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
โ
Support secure and scalable customer interaction solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team
