Role Overview
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our infrastructure strategy, focusing on deployments, automation, reliability, and performance across the global fleet at Client You will drive best practices in CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring, with a specific focus on optimizing the deployment and operation of infrastructure services internal to Clients Core.
Must have Skills-
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps,
- Strong programming skills in Rust, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Ruby
- Strong Linux System Administration, System performance evaluation, operation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable infrastructure using HashiCrorp Nomad and custom tooling and services.
- Develop and maintain robust Configuration Management solutions (e.g., Chef Terraform) for consistent environment provisioning and management.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid, reliable, and automated software releases.
- Build and maintain observability systems (logging, metrics, tracing) to ensure proactive detection and resolution of issues
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, security and performance
- Contribute to automation across deployment, testing, monitoring, and incident response
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvement of operational processes
Required Skills/Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with Hashicorp Nomad, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar)
- Strong programming skills in Rust, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Ruby
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry)
- Solid understanding of security best practices, PKI, secrets management, and certificate workflows
- Strong Linux System Administration, System performance evaluation, operation and troubleshooting
- Understanding of Agentic AI development principles and security best practices
- Experience supporting microservices architectures and distributed systems
- Ability to work effectively across time zones as part of a global organization
