Role Overview - Technical Product Manager (Web & Digital Platforms):
This role is a hybrid of technical leadership and product management, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. The role involves both hands-on architectural design (approximately 50%) and strategic product ownership (approximately 50%), including roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Technical Design
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures for web and digital platforms.
Design high-level system architecture including components, modules, databases, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Architect web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and usability.
Design architectures for web applications, defining component structures and interaction flows.
Create technical documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on business and technical requirements.
Assess emerging technologies and their applicability to enterprise solutions.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Collaborate with product owners to define and maintain product roadmaps (short-term and long-term).
Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and technical deliverables.
Define product requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and platform capabilities.
Evaluate features based on technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact.
Participate in strategic planning, work programs, and roadmap prioritization discussions.
3. Technical Leadership & Delivery Governance
Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide architecturedesign decisions.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Oversee development lifecycle from design through deployment and ensure delivery quality.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Validate platform capabilities and ensure delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Ensure systems comply with enterprise security standards and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Implement secure architecture practices to mitigate risks such as data breaches, injection attacks, and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to obtain design approvals.
Conduct periodic architecture and technology audits to identify and address gaps proactively.
