Project Coordinator with financial services

Rate : 35/hr on w2
Location : Hybrid role- 4 days in the office.
Location: St louis Mo -Manchester Office
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and documentation to facilitate the successful completion of projects within an organization.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating meetings and developing strategies to see projects through from beginning to end.
• Duties may include taking minutes at meetings, receiving and filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, creating responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project, and compiling summaries.
• Other job duties could include keeping track of documents, like purchase orders, budgets, payrolls and contracts.
• Work closely with project manager to ensure that project objectives are met. Some positions might require knowledge of workflow or strategy software, such as Microsoft Project and creating presentations in PowerPoint
This role requires working directly with project leaders to support and organize the ongoing execution of work.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to navigate the corporate ecosystem
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination background
- Financial service experience (a plus, but not required)
- Technical Skills: Zoom, MS Office tools, Jira (a plus, but not required)
- Understanding of agile methodology (a plus, but not required)
Education:
A 4-year bachelor's degree is required
