The SharePoint Developer will apply current technologies/methods to develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint foundation-based application(s); Managing the site content, site capabilities and providing daily maintenance of the existing application(s).

responsibilities:

- Working with COTS software that is SharePoint based requiring back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.


- Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.


- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front-end application configurations.


- Troubleshooting software issues.


- Implementation of SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.


- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.


- Develop proof of concept examples.


- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.




qualifications:

5 + years' experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other.NET coding (C#, VB. Net) desired.


- 5 + years' experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.


- Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.


- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.


- Must be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.


- Familiarity using Lanteria HR Software is desired.
