Objective:
We are on the hunt for a talented Lead Technical Analyst specializing in Pigment FP&A to spearhead our financial forecasting, strategic planning, and model-building efforts. The candidate should possess a robust background in Pigment system deployment with an acute acumen in financial strategy, budget creation, and economic projection. This position demands an individual capable of liaising seamlessly with both finance professionals and business partners, consolidating critical data from various ERP platforms, and executing high-powered financial planning infrastructure. Applicants must exhibit exceptional analytical, technological, and communicative proficiencies to navigate and lead FP&A operations at the corporate level.
Core Duties:
• Direct the deployment and progressive enhancement of the Pigment platform
• Architect sophisticated financial structures encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Convert intricate FP&A business stipulations into expandable technical frameworks
• Facilitate seamless connectivity between Pigment and various ERP/CRM systems
• Oversee data schemas, process flows, access management, and analytical dashboards
• Collaborate with Financial executives to revolutionize planning processes
• Lead the ongoing development of technical strategy and methodological excellence
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system rollouts, and continual system refinements
Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum six years in FP&A roles
• Minimum two years with Pigment software setup and customization
• Demonstrated prowess in financial system modeling and predictive analyses
• Proficiency with multiple ERP integrations including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Workday
• Mastery of Excel and sophisticated financial report generation
• Aptitude for SQL and adeptness in data structuring
• Preferably experienced within SaaS, tech, or large-scale corporate ecosystems
• Outstanding capabilities in stakeholder communications and interactions
