Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Senior Program Manager to support a complex, enterprise-scale technology environment. This role requires strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive accountability across IT, laboratory, and R&D teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and able to ensure that all infrastructure and lab-related systems meet operational and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain infrastructure components, including servers, equipment, and associated systems across IT and laboratory environments.
Partner with IT, lab, and R&D teams to ensure all hardware and systems adhere to organizational, regulatory, and industry standards.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure programs meet enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and business teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and critical milestones.
Drive communication across stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
Monitor progress and performance, providing accurate reporting and status updates.
Facilitate governance processes, steering committees, and program reviews.
Ensure all program deliverables meet quality, technical, and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have managed large IT Infrastructure Programs/Projects within an R&D or Lab environment
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
