Design, develop, and maintain scalable MongoDB databases for high-performance applications.
Lead schema design, data modeling, and indexing strategies for complex datasets.
Optimize query performance and troubleshoot slow queries using explain plans and profiling.
Implement data replication, sharding, and high-availability architectures.
Ensure data security through role-based access control, encryption, and audit policies.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate MongoDB with APIs and microservices.
Migrate data from relational databases to MongoDB with minimal downtime.
Automate backups, monitoring, and recovery processes using MongoDB tools and scripts.
Mentor junior developers and review database design and code quality.
Stay current with MongoDB releases and recommend best practices and improvements.
