Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Is this position remote or in person? techs dispatch from their home
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Previous experience in field services dispatch requiring travel, hands-on experience with repair of laptops, desktops and printers
- What will the work schedule be for this position? 5 days 40hr a week with OT/weekends and afterhours required
- Will there be OC (on call)? Yes, rotation based
- Will there be shift differentials? No
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1-2 years hands on is preferred
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A+ is required, other manufacturer’s certs such as Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark etc. are nice to have.
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23/hr
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies, 50 - 150 depending on case. PLEASE ENSURE CANDIDATES ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THIS AMOUNT OF DRIVING.
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 20 miles
- What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Edwardsville, IL 62025, tech will dispatch from their home address
