Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst

Summary

The Technical Support Analyst installs, modifies, and makes repairs to computer hardware/software systems and provides first level technical support assistance to system users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.

Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
Maintains IT work areas.
Upgrades hardware and software components.
Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.
Provides first level end-user support.
Maintains IT helpdesk ticketing system.
Exhibits regular and reliable attendance in person as required by the Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.
