Responsibilities
- Steer and manage comprehensive project plans across all segmentation stages, ensuring timely enforcement and operational transition.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including Security, Networking, Telecom, and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Lead engaging sessions from project intake to status updates for leadership.
- Effectively track risks and assumptions, driving proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project activities align with standards and approved governance frameworks.
- Maintain detailed project documentation for clarity and continuity.
- Facilitate transition to steady-state operations with change management support.
Skills
- Substantial experience in overseeing intricate IT or cybersecurity projects across functional boundaries.
- Solid grasp of network segmentation and enterprise networking principles.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management within large, regulated environments.
- Proficiency in developing executive-level reporting and status updates.
- Adept at translating technical executions into comprehensible leadership updates.
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside engineering teams for real-world validations.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on process, documentation, and execution accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification or comparable expertise in project management.
- Experience in initiatives spanning varied device types or technology domains.
- Background in security programs conforming to Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
