Job Summary The Senior Salesforce Consultant/BSA is responsible for driving solution design and requirements analysis for Salesforce implementations. This role works closely with Salesforce Architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design activities in Salesforce in collaboration with architects and stakeholders Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Salesforce platforms Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design discussions with business and IT teams Develop and maintain documentation including epics, user stories, use cases, and solution design artifacts Build prototype configurations in Salesforce platforms to support design validation Coordinate with development, configuration, and testing teams during implementation Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements Support CRM roadmap planning and contribute to architectural oversight Manage requirements and issue tracking using tools such as Jira and Confluence Ensure effective stakeholder communication, including interaction with senior leadership Support multi-project environments within large-scale enterprise implementations Required Qualifications 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce Experience participating in or leading at least 45 Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, or Data Cloud) Strong experience in Salesforce solution design and consulting Experience working with Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration Strong expertise in requirements analysis and documentation, including epics, user stories, and gap analysis Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple parallel projects Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage onsite-offshore coordination Experience interacting with business users and conducting end-to-end requirement gathering sessions Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare payer domain, particularly in sales processes Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce Experience with Salesforce code optimization or re-engineering Experience working with Agentforce or similar Salesforce capabilities Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Scrum of Scrums Certifications Salesforce Administration or Consulting certifications Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Salesforce Administration , Salesforce Consulting
