Location: Tustin, CA

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60 $70 per hour W2

What You ll Do:

Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional needs
Translate business processes into user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and platform updates
Participate in recurring release activities, including validation and testing efforts
Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support business visibility

What Gets You the Job:

Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment
Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within Sales Cloud
Ability to confidently engage with non-technical stakeholders, including Directors and senior leaders
Experience writing user stories and supporting testing cycles
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured release environment
