Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / US Payroll AMS

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support Application Managed Services (AMS) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, production stability, and system enhancements across SAP Payroll and ECP environments. The consultant will work closely with HR, Finance, IT teams, and third-party vendors to maintain seamless payroll operations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day AMS support including incident management, service requests, defect resolution, and minor enhancements
• Maintain, configure, and support SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) systems
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with US federal/state/local tax regulations, and system stability
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues, integrations, wage types, schemas, PCRs, GL postings, and configuration challenges
• Support integrations between SAP ECP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems (benefits, finance, time, attendance)
• Manage payroll-related compliance requirements including IRS regulations, W-2 processing, overpayments, garnishments, and FLSA rules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and process optimization
• Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and escalate critical issues when necessary
• Provide accurate effort estimations for support and enhancement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (US)
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Proven background in Application Managed Services (AMS) / Production Support environments
• Deep expertise in:
• Payroll Schemas
• PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
• Wage Types
• GL Posting
• Payroll troubleshooting
• Strong integration experience with:
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP S/4HANA
• Third-party payroll, benefits, finance, and time systems
• In-depth knowledge of US Payroll regulations:
• Federal, State, Local Tax
• IRS compliance
• W-2
• Garnishments
• Overpayments
• FLSA (Overtime, Exempt/Non-Exempt)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Workforce Software (Time & Attendance) integration experience
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus
