Role: ServiceNow Technical Lead
Location: Houston (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6 months contract

Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and expertise in implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong software engineering mindset, the ability to work independently, and experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions aligned with both technical and business objectives.

This role is critical in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, and mobile solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and workflows
Provide technical guidance and best practices to stakeholders and development teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules independently
Perform system reviews, troubleshooting, and post-implementation validation
Configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers for integrations and discovery
Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Support governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry best practices
Work on mobile/iOS application development and support related to ServiceNow solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience building:
- Custom applications
- Workflows
- Integrations
- Enterprise ServiceNow solutions
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Flow Designer
Strong knowledge of:
- MID Server
- IntegrationHub
- REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- FSM
- CSM
Mandatory experience in mobile/iOS application development
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications
Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
Technical leadership or solution architecture experience
