Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a real estate organization in New York, New York, where creativity, adaptability, and strong visual judgment are essential to success. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing high-visibility brand work with steady day-to-day production, while operating independently in a streamlined team environment. The role will support both outward-facing marketing initiatives and internal business materials, with a strong emphasis on digital design, presentation development, and high-quality execution across multiple formats.

Responsibilities:
Create visual assets for real estate marketing initiatives, including event collateral, branded materials, and transaction-related communications.
Design web pages and landing page layouts in Figma, ensuring each concept aligns with responsive design standards and practical development requirements.
Translate business needs into compelling presentations and PowerPoint materials that communicate information clearly and professionally.
Produce reports, interactive PDF documents, and other structured collateral that combine usability with strong visual presentation.
Manage a broad mix of creative work, ranging from recurring production requests to new design projects that require original thinking and ownership.
Partner with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to refine digital assets and ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and ready for implementation.
Maintain quality and consistency across deliverables by applying sound design principles, including layout hierarchy, color contrast, and accessibility considerations.
Serve as the primary design resource for the team, organizing priorities effectively and moving fluidly between strategic creative work and hands-on production tasks.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a portfolio that reflects both digital and print-oriented work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience building website or landing page designs for responsive environments.
Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create effective, business-ready presentation materials.
Working knowledge of web design standards, including accessibility, usability, and technical considerations that affect front-end execution.
Experience collaborating with developers or technical partners to move designs from concept through implementation.
Ability to work independently in a lean organizational structure and confidently manage a varied workload.
Background creating materials such as reports, interactive PDFs, branded collateral, and event-related assets.
Excellent visual communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach to both creative development and production work.
