Summary

job summary:

This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of our Zoho implementation. The ideal candidate will be a software developer who has experience with the Zoho product suite and Java. The individual should be capable of performing a wide range of software lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support.

responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
  • Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements.
  • Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems
  • Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes



qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.


- 3 years experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules


- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language.


- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing the Java development environment.


- Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards.


- Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques
