Job Description

Seeking a senior Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud and Production Support experience to support enterprise-scale Salesforce stabilization and production simulation activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and troubleshooting complex production issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 production support and incident resolution
Perform root cause analysis, defect identification, and issue triage
Troubleshoot Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configurations
Support production simulations, go-live, and stabilization activities
Analyze integrations, APIs, debug logs, and automation processes
Collaborate with support teams, vendors, and engineering teams
Document defects, operational findings, and resolution plans

Required Experience

12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce
Strong Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and support experience
Experience with Sev1/Sev2 incidents, Hypercare, and Managed Services
Expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Governor Limits, and Debug Logs
Hands-on experience with LWC development and troubleshooting
Experience supporting large Salesforce environments with complex integrations
Strong REST/SOAP API troubleshooting skills and Postman experience
